Q. I'd like some major landscape work done on my yard. What can I expect when I call Boulder Landscape and Design?
A. Boulder Landscape and Design will send a professional landscaper to your home or business to discuss your ideas. We take into account how you wish to use your outdoor space, your personal relationship to the environment, light, soil and water requirements, and your budget.
- If you already have a landscape design in hand, we will give you a free estimate on the installation of your plan or concept.
- If you need a consultation with ideas from an expert for creating your dream landscape, you may hire one of our designers to do this. A free estimate comes with the consultation.
- If you would like a professionally drawn landscape design, we can do that too. This design then belongs to you and you may choose Boulder Landscape and Design to install it or do it yourself! A free estimate comes with the design.
When Boulder Landscape and Design installs your new landscape, you will be given a start date; gas, water, cable and electric lines will be located; and our experienced crews will arrive to begin the project. There is always a Foreman on site and the work is overseen and visited daily by a Project Manager. At the completion of our work we will have a final walk through and educate you to the care of your new landscape.
Q. Have you done other properties in my area?
A. Boulder Landscape and Design has been serving the Boulder, Niwot, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Longmont, Superior, and Unincorporated Boulder County areas since 1981. Many of the landscapes you see around the county were done by us, including residential, estate and commercial properties. Several of our customers have agreed to be showcase homes and you can drive by the addresses we give you to see our designs in a home or business setting.
Q. My landscaping is done. Now I need someone to help take care of it - do you do that?
A. Yes! We offer a comprehensive landscape maintenance service throughout the growing season that includes aeration, fertilization, cleanups, and weekly mowing.
Q. I'm tired of hand watering. Do you install irrigation systems?
A. Yes! We have a sprinkler specialist on staff who is a true irrigation wizard. We install waterwise drip irrigation in flower beds as well as spray heads for lawns, and time your watering to be most effective and water conserving. If you have different areas with varying water needs, we can zone and time your system to take care of all those needs.
Q. How long will it take you to get to my job?
A. This depends on the number of landscapes we have to work on ahead of yours. The sooner you call us, the sooner we can get to your landscape! We are generally able to start your job within a few weeks
Q. Do you offer a warranty on your work?
A. Yes! The conditions of your warranty may vary due to factors such as whether you have a functioning irrigation system, existing pests or diseases in the landscape, pets or kids that may harm new plantings, etc. We want your landscape to last a lifetime and Boulder Landscape and Design always stands behind its work. Our service record is excellent.
